Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gigi platform ("Service") operated by Intelliger LTD ("Company", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

3. Description of the Service

Gigi is an AI-powered search and comparison platform that aggregates information from third-party marketplaces and providers. The Service allows you to search for products, flights, hotels, rentals, services, and real estate; compare results side-by-side; and complete purchases through integrated checkout.

4. AI-Generated Content

Gigi uses artificial intelligence to rank, score, and summarise search results. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and may contain errors or omissions. You should verify critical information (e.g. pricing, availability, product specifications) with the original merchant before making a purchase decision.

5. Third-Party Marketplaces & Merchants

The Service displays products and services from third-party merchants. We are not the seller of those products or services. Your purchase contract is with the respective merchant. We are not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of third-party goods or services.

6. Purchases & Payments

When you complete a purchase through Gigi, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider (e.g. Stripe). All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account. Refund and cancellation policies are governed by the respective merchant's terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our written consent.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to Intelliger LTD. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Third-party product names and logos belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intelliger LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This right applies to purchases made from merchants through the Service and is subject to the merchant's withdrawal policy. For digital services provided by Gigi (e.g. premium subscriptions), you may lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun with your prior express consent.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Intelliger LTD is incorporated. If you are an EU consumer, you retain the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts or, for EU consumers, to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
